Every day of the year and every minute of the day someone is standing watchful in these extreme conditions, without fatigue, without complaining, and without the facilities that come easy to us. Dear brothers and sisters, even in such adverse conditions, every soldier stands alert in front of every crisis facing the nation to ensure the nation's safety.
